Your Role

  • Design, develop, and enhance backend services in Go and Python within critical production environments.
  • Develop and integrate new features and APIs that support automation platforms and large-scale technology processes.
  • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of modern distributed solutions based on microservices and AWS cloud technologies.
  • Ensure the integration, deployment, and operation of applications in environments leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps practices.
  • Collaborate with user teams to drive platform adoption, share best practices, and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Contribute to incident resolution, continuous service improvement, and platform availability, including participation in an on‑call rotation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development within a production environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Go and Python in a production setting.
  • Advanced experience with AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, modern software development practices, and GitHub.
  • Strong understanding of distributed architectures, software design principles, and API integration.
  • Availability to participate in an on‑call rotation supporting critical services.
