Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual compensation cycles and meritorious adjustments
• Administer salary structures per guidelines and agreements
• Evaluate jobs and maintain compliance with pay equity
• Manage benefits program enrolments and escalated issues
• Provide data-driven advice on compensation complexities
Requirements:
• 7+ years in related roles in a unionized environment
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or in progress
• Strong analytical skills and HRIS proficiency
• High attention to detail with data interpretation
• Familiarity with legislation relevant to compensation Utilize your expertise in compensation analysis and benefits administration to enhance PHO's HR operational effectiveness.
