Lead projects through initiation, monitoring, implementation, and closure Coordinate Ministry of Education IT modernization implementation Analyze data for oversight and service system planning Map processes, identify root causes, and recommend solutions Develop policies and strategies improving service delivery outcomes Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Public Administration, Human Services, or related field Minimum five years’ project management, policy, or system planning experience Experience applying project management and systems thinking methodologies Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel Apply project management, systems thinking, and communication expertise to advance Halton Region’s child care digital transformation initiatives.
