Key Responsibilities
• Validate solution design from a business perspective
• Facilitate business process validation workshops
• Guide data cleansing and conversion efforts
• Write and execute test cases effectively
• Support User Acceptance Testing and document results
Requirements:
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst with recent project experience
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management
• Familiarity with data migration processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Mainframe systems preferred Utilize your Business Analyst skills for impactful digital transformation and data migration at Rose.
