Hire, onboard, coach, and grow software engineers Prototype functionality and write code alongside the team Set architecture, roadmap, quality, review, and documentation standards Coordinate delivery against flight tests and customer commitments Participate in field trials and inform the Interfaces roadmap Requirements:
Experience managing software engineers and conducting performance reviews Production web software experience as a senior engineer Early-stage experience initiating architecture, processes, and hiring Delivery record involving deployments, field trials, or certifications Experience with real-time or data-intensive systems Bring engineering management, production web software, and architectural leadership to Ribbit's autonomous aircraft Interfaces team.
