Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the administration of the Employee Share Purchase Plan
• Ensure IRS compliance for the 401(k) plans

• Assess impacts of mergers on retirement programs

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in benefits and retirement program roles
• Knowledge of pensions and compliance regulations
• Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, or SAP
• Strong analytical and independent work skills
