Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily sales team coaching and training initiatives
• Engage actively on the showroom floor with customers
• Establish and monitor performance expectations for the team
• Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies
• Ensure seamless operations across showroom and inventory
Requirements:
• Proven automotive dealership experience required
• Experience in luxury automotive preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record Drive exceptional performance, customer satisfaction, and a culture of teamwork at Land Rover Kelowna.
