Key Responsibilities
• Assist GM in managing daily operations
• Lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional service
• Analyze financial performance and sales metrics
• Uphold the brand values and guest promises
• Motivate team members to achieve service excellence
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of high-volume restaurant management
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Experience in financial and inventory management
• Computer proficiency and scheduling experience
• Must hold Smart Serve Certification Bring your operational skills and leadership abilities to Jack Astor’s and contribute to a thriving restaurant culture.
