Tooling design and maintenance expertise can shape new tools at Freudenberg-NOK Inc. This engineering role uses design software and data-driven troubleshooting. The Tooling Design Engineer oversees planning, development, deployment, execution, changes, and maintenance for new and existing tools. The position collaborates with Manufacturing and Design teams to evaluate products after design changes. It also supports production standards, continuous improvement, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing with technical assistance. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning and development of new tooling Manage existing tool changes and maintenance Create multidimensional prints using design software Track shot counts and maintenance history Establish tooling repair and maintenance budgets Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Advanced degree preferred or compensating experience Specified industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, systems experience, and training Professional-level English language skills preferred Apply tooling engineering, design software, and predictive maintenance expertise to improve tool performance and production support.
