The Senior Consultant will report to the AVP of Sales Effectiveness, focusing on refining the IID Content Governance framework. This role demands expertise in content management practices, necessitating collaboration with Content Creators and distribution teams to streamline workflows and maximize content utility. Your contributions will optimize the advisor experience and sales efficiency through effective governance and deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Own and enhance the Content Governance framework • Drive consistency in content management practices • Collaborate with business partners to streamline workflows • Measure and track content and tool utilization • Support the deployment of new technology platforms
Requirements: • University degree or post-secondary education • 5–7 years in sales enablement or content governance • Experience in financial services, especially Insurance Distribution • Proficiency with content management systems • Bilingualism required for Quebec applicants
