Key Responsibilities: • Architect and build backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript • Lead multi-engineer backend projects from design to production • Guide AI coding tools for efficient development • Design asynchronous, event-driven systems under real load • Manage third-party integrations including API contracts
Requirements: • 6+ years in large-scale software development • Proven experience in building from zero to one • Strong ability to raise engineering standards • Effective communication translating tech to business impact • Overlap with Eastern Time zone required
