Support defense technology projects onsite in Waterdown, Ontario, using schedule analysis and cost forecasting to guide New Product Introduction delivery.
As a Specialist Business Analyst, you will support Project Engineers across NPI projects. Your work connects Integrated Master Schedules, Non-Recurring Engineering forecasts, staffing profiles, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate project status and support schedule certainty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and NRE cost forecasts
- Prepare schedule status updates and adherence metrics
- Consolidate engineering resource supply and demand data
- Facilitate schedule analysis and risk register reviews
- Coordinate ETC reviews and financial forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and four years’ relevant experience
- Advanced schedule analysis and metrics knowledge
- Advanced earned value and work breakdown structure knowledge
- Experience with MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
