WSP is in search of a Senior Technical Manager to enhance commercial management across complex projects. This senior role demands experience in infrastructure, energy, and transportation, emphasizing contract interpretation and negotiation. You will also guide multidisciplinary teams, improving project outcomes and relationships while managing risks through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead commercial management strategies for optimal project performance • Provide expert guidance on contract administration and negotiations • Drive consistency in commercial practices with project leaders • Partner with teams to strengthen client relationships • Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout project lifecycles
Requirements: • Extensive experience in large infrastructure project management • Strong expertise in contract negotiation and claims management • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive objectives • Financial acumen in project performance analysis • Excellent communication and mentorship skills
