Set bookings, ARR, revenue targets, quotas, and capacity plans Lead company-wide revenue forecasting and scenario analysis Build executive dashboards and standardize organization-wide revenue KPIs Design, administer, and audit sales commission plans Lead teams and advise executives on financial and operational data Requirements:
8+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales finance 3+ years leading people Sales commission experience using CaptivateIQ or Xactly Advanced modeling and planning software experience Salesforce, BI, SaaS, and fintech metrics knowledge Direct Benevity’s revenue strategy with forecasting, modeling, reporting, compensation, and cross-functional leadership expertise.
