At Alstom, we seek an experienced professional with a robust background in ethics and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including handling investigations and risk management. This role will require collaborating with multiple departments to navigate compliance challenges while promoting a culture of accountability throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Ethics and Compliance programs aligned with international standards
• Conduct due diligence reviews for partners and suppliers
• Manage compliance risks through training and investigations
• Collaborate with various teams on ethical matters
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Law degree and bar association membership in Canada or U.
S.
• 8 to 15 years of ethics and compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of anti-corruption frameworks
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed Become the cornerstone of Alstom’s commitment to ethical standards across North America.
