Lead roofing projects with Triumph Group of Companies in the Greater Toronto Area. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly. In this role, you will manage a variety of roofing and waterproofing projects, collaborating closely with estimators, superintendents, and general contractors. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you should be proficient in managing commercial or industrial projects. You’ll develop your skills in budget ownership, change order management, and effectively responding to project challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage roofing project portfolios, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines
• Coordinate project kickoffs and communicate expectations clearly
• Oversee material approvals and submittals with contractors and consultants
• Review contracts alongside senior management to identify risks
• Conduct regular progress reviews and escalate issues promptly

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in project management for roofing
• Familiarity with roofing systems and building codes
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Post secondary education in construction management preferred
