Join BMO as the AI Platform Architect, the authority on architectural coherence within AI engineering. This role combines extensive cloud expertise with AI strategy implementation. As an AI Platform Architect, you will shape architectural oversight for BMO’s diverse cloud and workspace AI capabilities. Your focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance and cohesive design while serving as a key advisor to the Microsoft AI Council. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of AI systems and the ability to guide multiple teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish architectural standards for AI platform capabilities
• Govern and review architectural decisions for major AI initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to synchronize architectural approaches
• Support assessment of new AI technologies and frameworks
• Mentor and lead architectural professionals across the organization

Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant architecture or engineering experience
• 3+ years in AI/ML focused roles with production systems
• Effective communication and influence with senior stakeholders
• Experience with governance in regulated industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Utilize your architectural expertise to lead BMO's AI advancements, maintaining a strong vision for future enterprise solutions.
