Key Responsibilities
• Set direction and build a shared vision for the school
• Lead the development of relationships within the school community
• Improve instructional practices and programs
• Foster a culture of accountability among staff
• Collaborate on board-wide initiatives and activities
Requirements:
• Ontario School Principal Qualifications Course, Parts I and II completion
• Religious Education Specialist qualifications
• Minimum seven years of teaching experience
• At least one year as a vice-principal; three preferred
