Key Responsibilities
Execute budget management and financial forecasting
Ensure alignment with project budgets and cost accountability
Analyze costs and advise on financial opportunities
Communicate financial risks and insights to stakeholders
Improve processes for effective cost control systems
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in construction cost control
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA or advanced corporate training experience
Experience managing complex construction project costs
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication Utilize your expertise in financial management to support GIP in delivering construction projects efficiently and effectively.
