This role requires an experienced Technical Lead with over 8 years in technology delivery and expertise in managing cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in translating program objectives into actionable technical plans, managing risks, and facilitating communications among delivery, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day technical work on assigned projects • Collaborate with Solution Architects and various teams for alignment • Organize technical work packages, milestones, and integrations • Manage technical dependencies and raise issues promptly • Support teams through design, implementation, and hand-off
Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 8+ years of technology delivery experience • Knowledge of software delivery and operational support • Proven leadership without direct authority across teams • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
