ACM GLASS LTD. is hiring an Experienced Supervisor in Surrey, BC. This full time position focuses on leading teams of glass installers and ensuring quality project delivery.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee glaziers and manage the training of new apprentices in safe work practices. Your role will involve reading blueprints, resolving installation issues, and preparing site reports while coordinating efforts with contractors and ensuring safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily tasks of team members in glass installation • Read and analyze blueprints for custom glass applications • Train new installers in safe techniques and operations • Resolve on-site discrepancies to maintain project timelines • Document daily progress and manage material requisitions

Requirements: • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in construction • Completion of secondary education or equivalent • Strong safety and training background • Effective communicator with strong time management • Detail-oriented and proactive
