Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O training expertise defines this senior specialist assignment. Work provisionally follows a hybrid schedule, Monday through Friday.
The Senior Training Specialist develops and delivers technical training for configured Dynamics CE and F&O environments. The work serves technical and non-technical users through application training, eLearning authoring, instructional design, and change-management content. It includes training needs assessment, planning, design, development, delivery, and system demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training for CE and F&O environments
- Provide application and product training to diverse users
- Create content supporting training and change management
- Design inclusive, plain-language user-centred materials
- Deliver feature demonstrations to business users
Requirements:
- Demonstrated practical experience delivering technical training
- eLearning authoring and instructional design development experience
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or Vyond
- Facilitation skills for non-technical business users
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O environments
