In this senior role, you will be Ledcor's subject matter expert in advancing risk management practices across all Operating Companies. Your primary focus will encompass advising executives, overseeing risk assessments, and ensuring project alignment with corporate objectives. This position calls for a strategic partner who can navigate complex projects and elevate organization-wide risk culture.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of enterprise and project-level risk frameworks • Shape guidance on enterprise risk tolerance for executives • Act as independent risk reviewer throughout project lifecycle • Oversee rigorous risk assessments and contract reviews • Represent Risk Management in governance and operational forums
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Finance or Engineering • 8+ years in enterprise risk or related experience • 5+ years influencing senior executives • Strong analytical skills with risk quantification experience • Proven expertise in contract risk allocation techniques
