The Director of Change Enablement will guide the Change Enablement function for Acosta. You will develop and drive the change enablement strategy, aligning with corporate priorities and transformation goals. This position involves working closely with senior leaders and project teams to ensure the organization adapts effectively and thrives through business transformations.
Key Responsibilities: • Own and refine the enterprise change enablement strategy • Establish change management standards and practices across the organization • Provide insights on organizational readiness and adoption metrics • Lead enterprise transformation communications and engagement plans • Develop change capabilities within teams and leaders
Requirements: • Minimum of 10+ years in a relevant leadership role • Proven experience leading high-performing teams • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies • Experience with enterprise-wide communication strategies • Ability to manage multiple complex change initiatives
