As a vital member of the Ve'ahavta Skills Academy team, your role will be pivotal in assisting participants to overcome socio-economic barriers. This position calls for someone who is compassionate and organized, focusing on facilitating engaging virtual environments and coordinating supportive program activities, ultimately leading participants towards successful employment.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide ongoing support from enrollment to graduation • Engage participants through innovative virtual discussions • Coordinate orientations, interviews, and special events • Monitor participant engagement and progress • Maintain accurate participant records for reporting
Requirements: • Degree in Social Services, Adult Education, or similar • 1-2 years of experience with vulnerable groups • Strong ability to communicate and build trust • Good organizational skills and adaptability • Tech-savvy with online learning platforms
