As a key contributor within the Atomic Innovation team, you will be responsible for developing scalable back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with traders and operations teams to transform complex workflows into intuitive products. This hands-on role is central to supporting critical platforms like Atomic FX and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and maintain scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on technical solutions • Implement secure server-side integration with databases • Mentor junior developers and uphold coding standards • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive resolutions
Requirements: • 7+ years of software development experience in Java and Spring Boot • Strong understanding of REST API and service design principles • Experience diagnosing issues in production environments • Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Degree in computer science or related field
