This role involves leading efforts to bridge product gaps and enhance supply chain solutions. Collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and clients, you will ensure the developed products meet market needs while facilitating client integration into their business models. Your expertise will guide the consultants' team, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of innovative supply chain products.
Key Responsibilities: • Support strategic product launches and early adoption phases • Collect customer feedback for product design improvements • Design solutions incorporating user stories and test scripts • Lead a team of consultants to fulfill customer expectations • Collaborate with various stakeholders for deployment strategies
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree relevant to the industry • 7-10 years in supply chain software solutions • At least 5 years in High-Tech supply chain • Proven ability to influence and lead teams • Strong skills in communication and stakeholder engagement
