Key Responsibilities
• Advise senior leadership on HR-related strategies
• Build and lead effective recruitment programs
• Develop workforce planning to anticipate talent needs
• Implement development programs for employee growth
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and operations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience, 3 years in leadership
• Background in construction or industrial environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
