Fleet and Distribution Manager

Shape fleet and distribution operations at Lordco Auto Parts in Port Coquitlam through asset planning, driver leadership, and safety oversight. As Logistics Manager, you will help determine the right number of trucks and drivers for delivery standards. You will work with the Director of Supply Chain, finance, satellite distribution centre managers, and direct reports. The position includes performance reviews, equipment replacement, Kootenay service options, and company-owned freight assets. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure drivers complete inspections, training, and electronic logs Hold monthly meetings covering safety concerns and challenges Develop Kootenay service options with costs and tradeoffs Review driver performance and complete annual evaluations Replace aging assets and sell budgeted equipment Requirements:

Motivated, enthusiastic professional who enjoys working with people Flexibility to undertake varied organizational duties Solid mathematics and attention to detail Strong knowledge of SDS, WHMIS, TDG, and safety Ability to organize, multitask, and solve problems Use fleet leadership, strategic planning, safety knowledge, and distribution expertise to strengthen Lordco Auto Parts operations.
