Key Responsibilities
• Generate actionable insights from customer data
• Create insightful dashboards and reporting tools
• Define criteria for loyalty campaigns and strategies
• Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and partners
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/Pyspark, and dashboard tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with A/B testing methodologies
• Understanding of TD’s banking services is a plus Drive loyalty and customer engagement as an impactful Data Scientist at TD.
