Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field Minimum eight years of progressive spa management experience Leadership experience managing and developing diverse teams Financial expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Proficiency with spa management software and operational systems Apply spa leadership, financial acumen, and client experience expertise while shaping service excellence in Kimberley’s wellness destination.
