Location: Toronto, Ontario
Senior lead engineering roles required to support the initial cloud contact center migration and agentic AI rollouts across multiple business units. These hands-on technical SMEs focus on end-to-end design, development, and integration between Amazon Connect and internal enterprise systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and technically integrate Amazon Connect with internal enterprise systems.
- Build agentic AI solutions directly within Amazon Connect.
- Integrate contact center platforms with authentication services, Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms, line-of-business applications, and IVR integration APIs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads to ensure successful migration and AI capability implementation.
- Mentor and train internal engineering resources on the Amazon Connect platform, integrations, and operational best practices.
Must Have Skills
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and end-to-end contact center architectures.
- AI & Integration: Experience building agentic AI solutions and integrating with CIAM, authentication services, and IVR integration APIs.
- Delivery: Strong background in technical migration projects and enterprise environments.
