This role requires a hands-on expert with over eight years of experience in hardware product design. You will collaborate with the Principal Engineer to assess new components, develop proof-of-concept prototypes, and ensure hardware integrity. Your focus will encompass performance and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency through rapid prototyping.
Key Responsibilities: • Research and evaluate emerging hardware technologies • Develop and validate innovative proof-of-concept prototypes • Design and analyze electronic hardware systems • Collaborate with teams for seamless integration • Manage documentation for certification processes
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (SW/HW) • Over 8 years of hardware product design experience • Proficient in Altium and PSPICE simulations • Knowledge of HVAC Gas Sensors considered an asset • Familiarity with product requirements and system design
