Morningstar DBRS in Toronto seeks a Vice President to lead public finance credit analysis for a broad North American portfolio, including provinces, municipalities, universities and hospitals.
The ideal candidate has seven-plus years in public policy or finance with at least five as a lead analyst in public finance ratings, plus strong research, analytical and communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.
