As part of IGM's Total Rewards team in Winnipeg, your expertise will shape the administration of comprehensive benefits, retirement, and wellness programs. You will engage in leadership, improving employee experience through innovative digital solutions and AI, while ensuring governance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead transformation of benefits and wellness programs • Guide and develop team performance objectives • Manage relationships with providers and consultants • Enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience • Participate in total rewards project planning and delivery
Requirements: • University degree in business or HR field • Over seven years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits market • Proven leadership and people management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
