As a key player at Caivan, you will manage day-to-day architectural work, utilizing your 3-5 years of experience in architecture. Your role revolves around leading a talented team and ensuring that all architectural deliverables meet required standards from design to construction. Leveraging your strong problem-solving skills, you will oversee project workflows and enhance outputs through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage workflows across the architecture team • Assign tasks and remove blockers for team efficiency • Maintain departmental standards and protocols • Coordinate with stakeholders for timely project execution • Proactively resolve design and constructability issues
Requirements: • University degree in Architecture or Engineering • 3-5 years of architecture experience • Strong communication and organization skills • Ability to oversee project phases • Valid G license with vehicle access
