As the Director of Enterprise Architecture, you will report to the Chief Architect and spearhead the enterprise architecture function. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing standards and practices that promote effective decision-making and long-term organizational sustainability. You will partner with various stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in architecture guidance.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate the Enterprise Architecture function with accountability • Set enterprise architectural principles and compliance measures • Facilitate collaboration in major architecture governance forums • Develop metrics to assess architecture effectiveness and value • Provide oversight of critical technology and modernization programs
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas; advanced education welcomed • Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture governance • Effective leadership in mentoring senior architecture professionals • Exceptional communication and strategic advisory skills
