Lead DairyLink’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and WMS transformation from 10 Carlson Court in a hybrid contract assignment. Drive governance and adoption. Gay Lea Foods seeks an experienced Project and Change Manager for a 24-month contract. You will lead client-side delivery across Gay Lea Foods, Alithya, and third parties. The mandate spans integrated planning, organizational readiness, business change, vendor management, and sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities:

Own the integrated master plan, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities Establish governance, stage gates, decision rights, and escalation routines Lead DairyLink’s end-to-end change strategy and execution Report delivery health, readiness, adoption risks, and change impacts Manage Alithya’s scope, milestones, deliverables, and recovery commitments Requirements:

Significant large-scale ERP implementation and organizational change experience Client-side project, program, or change leadership experience Experience managing systems integrators and change resources Expertise in RAID, critical paths, scope control, budgets, and forecasting Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Apply integrated delivery, Microsoft Dynamics 365, WMS, and change leadership expertise to DairyLink’s enterprise transformation.
