Supervise construction activities full-time from start through completion Coordinate trades, labour, materials, equipment and construction schedules Monitor workmanship, inspections, drawings and building code compliance Manage permits, site records, materials and project documentation Complete PDIs and coordinate deficiency resolution before closing Requirements:
Minimum five years residential new home supervision experience Comprehensive Ontario Building Code and construction drawings knowledge Experience supervising subcontractors, trades, labourers and schedules Strong organization, communication, leadership and time-management skills Reliable personal vehicle and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends Apply residential supervision, Ontario Building Code knowledge and construction coordination skills to deliver quality RedBerry Homes efficiently.
