We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with over five years of experience in Capital Markets. You will partner with traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions for Fixed Income projects. Important skills include knowledge of electronic trading, broker/dealer processes, and Agile development methodology.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead analysis and delivery for Front Office projects • Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders • Collaborate with Agile teams on User Stories and Epics • Support QA processes and test planning • Drive project tracking, risks, and deliver clear communications
Requirements: • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets • Strong Fixed Income trading knowledge and experience • Proficiency with trading platforms and integration tools • Excellent skills in problem-solving and communication • Manage multiple priorities effectively
