Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will lead the sales team and support exceptional customer experiences. The position centers on customer engagement, sales strategies, team development, and operational oversight. Intermediate computer skills and relevant software applications support the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize customer flow and address customer needs promptly
- Resolve customer issues across business operations
- Guide sales performance and identify profitability opportunities
- Coordinate promotional efforts with the catalog team
- Mentor, train, and develop sales team members
Requirements:
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving ability with urgency and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer and relevant software proficiency
- Sales management experience is an asset, not required
