Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, you will oversee critical implementation phases from planning to post-launch. Ideal candidates possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in complex implementations. As the primary liaison, you will ensure alignment with client goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: • Establish documentation frameworks for projects • Develop and manage detailed project plans • Lead onsite and remote discovery sessions • Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders • Oversee user acceptance testing and feedback collection
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in project management • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset • Full fluency in English; additional languages preferred • Willingness to travel approximately 15%
