You will be responsible for managing design processes and ensuring they align with business goals, all while promoting a collaborative atmosphere. Work closely alongside the General Manager to provide technical insight and facilitate innovation in design practices. Occasional travel to our Lethbridge location may occur.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure quality and timely delivery of design projects • Standardize processes for consistency across locations • Facilitate regular team meetings for knowledge sharing • Monitor project compliance with building codes and specs • Collaborate with internal teams for effective design output
Requirements: • 7+ years in design with 3+ years leadership experience • Proficiency in design software like Mitek and AutoCAD • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset • Capable of effective communication with diverse teams
