* End‐to‐end ownership – Take features from idea to production: requirements refinement, solution design, implementation, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and easy to support.
* Strategic planning – Contribute to and help evolve multi‐year technology roadmaps that align with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business goals. Lead complex projects involving backend services, modern front‐end frameworks, and integration with existing platforms and APIs.
