In this senior leadership role, you will report to the VP of HR Business Partner and spearhead transformation initiatives across business and technology domains. You will harness your extensive program management experience to execute high-priority workplace transformations, ensuring clear accountability and measurable outcomes. Your expertise in organizational effectiveness and strategic execution will be crucial for guiding cross-functional teams towards success.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead execution of workplace transformation programs • Maintain project momentum and address potential risks • Coordinate between various senior leaders and teams • Establish effective governance and decision-making forums • Monitor progress and recommend executive-level interventions
Requirements: • Over 10 years in transformation or program leadership • Proven success in complex, cross-functional initiatives • Strong program and portfolio management skills • Experience with workforce strategy and organizational change • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority
