We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Development Team You will define priorities, manage the product backlog, and guide the delivery of secure and effective identity lifecycle capabilities. You will work closely with development, Security, IT, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to improve how identities and access are managed across the organization. This role also focuses on modernizing IGA processes, increasing automation, improving customer engagement, and creating clear, data-driven reporting. What you'll do here:
Define and communicate the IGA product vision, goals, priorities, and roadmap. Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. Write clear user stories, requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Represent the needs of users, customers, business stakeholders, Security, IT, Risk, and Compliance. Support identity governance capabilities, including: Joiner, mover, and leaver processes; Access requests and approvals; Automated provisioning and deprovisioning; Role and entitlement management; Access reviews and certifications; and identity data quality and application integrations. Balance business value, security risk, compliance requirements, customer experience, technical complexity, and delivery effort. Work closely with developers, architects, analysts, testers, and delivery leads. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. Provide timely clarification and make decisions throughout the delivery process. Review and accept completed work against agreed requirements. Drive modernization through automation, self-service, improved integrations, and simplified processes. Identify and reduce manual effort, delays, errors, duplicate identities, and unnecessary access administration. Establish feedback loops with customers, application owners, access approvers, Security, IT, and business stakeholders. Coordinate customer interviews, discovery sessions, demonstrations, and feedback activities. Use customer feedback, performance data, audit findings, incidents, and team insights to guide priorities. Improve backlog management, refinement, prioritization, release processes, and team ways of working. Track and report on delivery progress, backlog health, risks, dependencies, incidents, automation, and improvement initiatives. Develop clear dashboards and reporting routines for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure decisions, risks, actions, and changes are clearly communicated and tracked. Partner with the Scrum Master, Engineering Manager, or delivery leadership to improve team performance and delivery effectiveness. What you bring to the table:
