As the Senior Advisor in the Department of Education, Culture and Employment, you'll provide essential leadership to the Francophone Affairs Secretariat. Your role will involve developing and implementing a GNWT-wide Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability Plan specific to French Language Communications. Engage institutions in crafting effective data collection and evaluation methods, ensuring quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert policy and evaluation leadership • Update and implement the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability Plan • Support institutions in developing evaluation approaches
Requirements: • Degree in Social Sciences with three years of experience • Knowledge of social science research methodologies • Skilled in program evaluation and performance measurement • Strong written communication skills • Project management experience leading complex initiatives
