As a key player within the North American Retail Finance team, you will focus on product-level financial management, including guiding revenue forecasting and pricing strategies. Your role will influence profitability and value creation while partnering with various teams to implement best practices across product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities: • Own and report on product P&L performance • Conduct financial modeling for product launches • Lead pricing strategy evaluations and recommendations • Support rationalization of product initiatives • Synthesize complex financial data for executive reviews
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CPA/CFA preferred • 10+ years of progressive finance experience • Strong modeling skills for investment products • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives • Effective communication with senior stakeholders
