Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and management
• Design and implement multi-channel email campaigns
• Manage data integrity and compliance with CASL
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Troubleshoot technical issues between SFMC and other tools
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud are a plus
• Skilled in HTML/CSS for email templates
