Develop reliability improvement strategies for fixed plant equipment Conduct root cause analyses using data and field observations Implement condition monitoring programs and technologies Analyze downtime, availability losses, and recurring failures Prepare plant improvement proposals for management review Requirements:
Relevant engineering degree or Red Seal trade certification Three years of mining maintenance and reliability experience Knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA, and defect elimination Experience analyzing availability, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR Preferred VCAT, MLT1, UT, MT, or thermography training Bring fixed plant reliability, failure analysis, and condition monitoring expertise to Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine Site.
